Rules
Altogether, 2 rounds of 15 to 20 stations will be ran.
The first round will be scored as “Doppelhunter”, each participant shoots 2 arrows on one target, and the total score is the sum of both shots as follow:
- Innenkill 10 points
- Außenkill 8 points
- Körpertreffer 5 points
The best possible score per station is 20.
The second round is scored as “Hunterrunde”. A single arrow will be shot with the following scoring:
- Innenkill 20 points
- Außenkill 16 points
- Körpertreffer 10 points
It is enough to “touch” the line (there is no need to “cut” it) to get the points of the touched zone. In case of multiple targets, the choice is left to the shooter.
The scoring sheets will be handed over on the spot before the event. You will need to write down your data unless we already made it for you. The scoring sheets will be returned to the organisator after the 1st round, and after the 2nd round. We strongly suggest to bring along a pen or a pencil as well as a small clipboard.
The scoring sheets can be handed over back to the organisator until the official time mentioned at the top of the sheet. Scoring sheet returned after that time will be voided and ignored.
Horns and pedestal do not count as hits. Hooves do count as hits.
In case a target contains multiple killzones, the only one that counts is the one “facing” the shooter. All the others are then considered as the body.

Rules
In the event of rules being broken, the organisator reserve the right to cancel the event for one or more shooters and excluse those from participating further. The club does not take responsability for damages to persons or material which are caused by negligent actions on the part of the shooter. The shooter must always adhere to the course and shooting distances of the course, otherwise he will endanger himself, other shooters and non-shooters.
All shooting distances are unknown to the participants and it is not allowed to measure them (it is not allowed to “walk them down”). Rangefinders are forbidden, magnifying glasses without rangefinder are allowed to check the targets.
Each Station has 3 marks for 3 different shooting distances. The exact colors of the marks will be defined and communicated before the event:
- Far – Shooters with Sights (Recurve and Compound bows with sight)
- Middle – All adults shooting without sight (Primitive, Long, Recurve/Blank and Compound without Visier)
- Closer – Kids / Junior
The shooter can stand or kneel next to or behind the shooting post up to about 50 cm away in any direction, taking the terrain into account. If possible, two shooters may shoot from the same peg at the same time.
Before shooting, ensure that there are no other people or animals in the line of fire.
